Holidays in a listed building combines heritage conservation and tourism. Historically valuable buildings are taken over, gently renovated and rented out as holiday flats. The model provides a double benefit: the monuments are given a revitalised future and the holiday guests experience a stay in an exceptional building. In order to preserve the historical structure of the building, no heating has been installed, which is why the house is heated by wood-burning stoves. Slippers and warm clothes are therefore an advantage and should be brought along.IMPORTANT ADDITIONThe "Ca' di Bifúi" is a listed building that has been renovated with great respect for the existing fabric. The tenants are aware of this and treat the property with care. Although it is technically equipped to modern standards, certain functional details such as window and door openers, stair handrails and step heights do not meet current standards and are a potential source of danger. Particular reference should be made here to the narrow, steep external staircase, which is a source of danger for people with limited mobility or small children. The tenants are aware of these circumstances.
