The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. On its large main terrace there are sun loungers and sofas where you can relax in the sun, as well as a table and a barbecue so you can enjoy fun meals with your companions. Being in a town, the house has direct neighbors. The cozy interior of the two-story house presents a refined rustic style. The spacious living-dining room, with views of the mountains, is equipped with a TV and DVD player. The kitchen, open to the living room, has everything you need to cook great dishes. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A bathroom with shower completes the main floor. On the upper floor, which can be accessed by stairs, you will find 4 bedrooms equipped with AC. One of them has a single bed, while the rest have double beds. On this floor you will find a shower bathroom. The house is located near the center of Campanet, an ideal town to connect with the most authentic Mallorca. In the town you will find a supermarket, bars and restaurants. The area offers a great natural attraction such as the Campanet Caves or Ses Fonts Ufanes. It can be your starting point for beautiful excursions on foot or by bike. The closest beach is Playa de Muro, 17.8 km away. Other nearby places to visit are Alcúdia, Pollença or the Sierra de Tramuntana. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets.
