Each flat has a fully equipped kitchen - including oven, fridge, freezer and hob, along with all basic cooking utensils. The flats are air-conditioned, which, together with the thick stone walls of the traditional building, guarantees a pleasant indoor experience even in the hot summer months.Outside, you will not only find the spectacular roof terrace, equipped with tables, chairs and deckchairs, but also small terraces at each flat entrance. Directly in front of the flats you can enjoy the comfort of your own tables and chairs, which invite you to linger. The nearest car park is only about 50 metres from the house, and further parking is available on our private property, about 150 metres away.The surroundings of Vodice offer everything your heart desires: The town centre with its green and fish market as well as shopping facilities is only 100m away. Various beaches - from shallow to pebbly - can be reached in just 200 metres.
