It is so close to all the nice restaurants and bars. Only a five minute walk, yet the house is in a quiet residential street - so you can sleep at night! The central location means you can walk to two local water parks in just 13 minutes. The lovely clean sandy La Marina beach is only a 5 minute drive away.
