Let yourself be enchanted by the wonderful view of the sea and the mountains of the Serra d'Irta. The covered terrace with comfortable seating area is directly adjacent to the living room. The high-quality kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer) is also located on the ground floor and offers plenty of space for dining or a cosy games evening. The flat also has 2 separate bedrooms on the top floor and a fantastic roof terrace (including sun loungers). In addition to the modern shower room on the top floor, there is a guest WC on the ground floor. You can also spend warm holiday days in the garden and round off the day with a barbecue. For cooler days in winter, there is underfloor heating and a fireplace.Peniscola belongs to the coastal region of the "Costa del Azahar" (coast of the orange blossom), which is still very original and Spanish in character.
