On the first floor there is a spacious bedroom with a large double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV, which offers a wonderful view of the mountains. The second floor serves as another living room with convertible single beds, an additional children's bed and a cosy TV corner.Outside, the house has a fully fenced area that guarantees privacy and security. There is a private car park right outside the front door as well as an inviting dining area under a canopy with outside light. The upper terrace boasts a large barbecue and a picturesque, covered stone table - perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing under the Dolomite sky.The location of the house promises unforgettable experiences. The majestic Dolomites are right on your doorstep, while Lake Santa Croce, the Nevegal Group ski area and numerous hiking trails for active holidaymakers are just a stone's throw away.
