This small apartment is perfect for two people. It has recently been completely renovated and the ceiling height is 2.10 metres. Access to the house is via a closed path and then with very little traffic. The beach is 1 km away. It is also accessible via a path (500 m). There is a good restaurant in the village (m. 200). The house is surrounded by nature. On the ground floor there is a spacious terrace and a garden with sun loungers for the common use of the three flats. In the terrace there are tables, chairs, barbecue and parasols and outside in a cupboard there is a washing machine. There are several possibilities to go for a walk.There is a private terrace with dining area and lake view, private car park, a garden with deckchairs.Always on the ground floor there is a room with washing machine and space for bicycles.The beach is 1000 metres away by car or reachable by foot (500 metres), restaurant in the village (about 200 metres).
