The terrace of the property is perfect to enjoy the southern climate. In it, you will find a table where you can eat or have something with your companions while admiring the spectacular views of the nearby mountains and forests. Please note that, being in a block of flats, the privacy of the apartment is partial.

Located on the first floor of a building without an elevator, the bright interior of the property is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. With a cozy style, the living room has a fireplace, AC and TV and will undoubtedly become the ideal space to extend your evenings. The kitchen has a ceramic hob and basic utensils so you can cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. To rest they have two bedrooms, both with fans. In the first there is a double bed, while the second has two single beds. A separate bathroom with a shower serves the home.
