The flat is located in the upper part of La Punt. It has 2.5 well-furnished rooms with a beautiful view of the mountains. The small kitchen is modernly equipped with a fridge and freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fondue, and raclette machine. The balcony is sunny and fitted with a barbecue, chairs, and table. The bedroom has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The living room has a TV screen, a large wardrobe with table games and playing cards, a double sofa bed, and a dining area. Cross-country skiers will find over 220km (137 miles) of perfectly groomed trails in the Upper Engadin and the side valleys. The winter hiking paths and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes are characterised by their light, sunshine and space amidst inspiring Alpine scenery. Those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever on 150 kilometres (90 miles) of winter hiking paths.
