The living area is designed for maximum comfort, with a large dining table that invites convivial moments. The kitchen, practical and functional, is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine with pods, all powered by renewable energy, including solar energy.On the outside, the flat looks like a single house free on 4 sides, located on the first floor, guaranteeing privacy and tranquillity. The owner lives on the property, ensuring discreet but helpful assistance during your stay. Although pets are not allowed, this ensures a clean and well-maintained environment for all our guests, especially those with allergies. Pillows and duvets are synthetic and carpets and curtains are kept to a minimum for this very reason.The flat is conveniently located, making it the perfect starting point for many adventures. Within a short distance, you can discover the historic town of Bellinzona with its impressive UNESCO World Heritage castles, or head to the idyllic shores of Lake Maggiore for a day of relaxation and fun.
