This seaside house is located in the Mer d'Iroise, on the Côte des Légendes. The owners welcome you to Argenton en Landunvez for a pleasant holiday or weekend. You'll be in a peaceful setting just 400 metres from the port and beaches.Nearby you'll find cafés, restaurants, crêperies, pizzerias, discos, grocery shops and all kinds of convenience stores. In the harbour, you'll find a bakery-pastry shop, tearoom, delicatessen, bar-tobac-press with a terrace overlooking the sea. During the summer season, there's a market every Wednesday morning.The tastefully decorated, single-storey house has a large, fully enclosed garden of 1500 m2, a 25 m2 terrace, garden furniture and a barbecue. It has all the comforts of home - a washing machine, TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a large hot-water tank and heating. Everything you need - a high chair, a cot - to welcome a baby in the best conditions. The house has 3 bedrooms, with bed linen provided free of charge. The Océane bedroom, with a 140/190cm double bed. The Zen bedroom, with a 140/190cm double bed. The Marine room, with two 90/190cm single beds. There is also a lounge/dining room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with bath and towel warmer, and a WC.Come and enjoy authentic Brittany, its culture, festivals, heritage, natural landscapes and, of course, its gastronomy. Enjoy the flavours of traditional and gourmet cuisine, crêpes, kig ha farz and, for fish and shellfish, choose directly from the boat on its return from fishing.
