It is characterised by a modern eat-in kitchen equipped with every comfort: a ceramic hob, oven, filter coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave. Next door is a cosy dining area and a living area with a flat-screen TV and a sofa bed for two more people. The bedroom has a SAT TV and a comfortable double bed. The bright bathroom is equipped with a double washbasin, hairdryer, towel dryer and shower; the WC is separate.The south-facing balcony of the holiday flat is a real invitation to enjoy the breathtaking mountain air and the sun. Here you can end the day with a glass of wine or welcome the tranquillity of nature with a cup of coffee in the morning.There are numerous leisure activities in the immediate vicinity. A rushing mountain stream, a mini-market directly opposite, eateries within a radius of 200 metres, the mountain railway 100 metres away and the starting point for a variety of hikes right on your doorstep ensure variety and outdoor activity.
