The town with the Piazza Grande, old town, lake, railway station, shops and restaurants are just a 5-10 minute walk away. From the flat's large balcony you can enjoy the idyll of the subtropical garden, the view of the mountains and a small part of the lake. The flat is approx. 30m2 plus balcony and can comfortably accommodate two people. It comprises a living room/bedroom with dining table and opening onto the kitchen, a hallway with built-in wardrobe and a bright bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin. The interior is characterised by very appealing, high-quality modern furnishings. A fold-out wardrobe bed and a sofa bed (140x200 each) are available as sleeping accommodation. The comfort includes a stereo system (CD, tape, radio), TV with DVD, Wifi Internet, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, steam extractor, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, fondue set, sufficient crockery, pots and pans, etc. Bed, bath and kitchen linen are provided. A car parking space belongs to the flat. A covered parking space can be rented on request. A cot and fan can be provided. The infrastructure of the four buildings of Condominio Fiori includes a large, ozone-cleaned indoor swimming pool with massage jets, solarium, spacious communal hall, showers, table tennis room, communal laundry room with washing machine & tumble dryer, lift and a very well-kept, subtropical garden with sunbathing lawn.
