The quiet location in a cul-de-sac ensures undisturbed relaxation, while you can benefit from the property's central position.Your cosy 35 m² holiday flat for two people has everything your heart desires. The bedroom with a comfortable double bed invites you to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. The fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for two and amenities such as a washing machine and tumble dryer (in a separate room) offer you the comforts of home. There is also a furnished balcony that offers a wonderful view of the garden.The outdoor area of our holiday complex leaves nothing to be desired. You can relax or be active in the approx. 1500 square metre garden with sunbathing area and playground. There are two barbecue facilities for barbecue fans. Your bicycles can be safely stored in the garden shed, and there is parking for your car right next to the house.Adults preferred. Children aged 12 and over.Situated in the historic climatic health resort of Walkenried, the surrounding area offers a wide range of opportunities for active holidaymakers. Whether hiking, fishing, mountain biking, horse riding, swimming or visiting adventure pools - there is something for everyone here.
