One of the bedrooms with double bed is located on the first floor, and all bedrooms have their own air-conditioning.The highlight of this finca is undoubtedly the beautiful and picturesque natural garden. A few metres from the house, passing under the large shady trees, you will find the 7 m x 4 m infinity pool area (depth 0,80 - 1,80 m, salt water). Here, while bathing in the Mediterranean sun, only peace and absolute tranquillity reside.Next to the pool there is a terrace with outdoor kitchen and dining table. The barbecue is a gas grill and there is also a bathroom with shower. Behind the pool area there is a covered porch with a ping pong table. On the other side of the house, there is a patio with a basketball hoop and a playhouse for the little ones.The location is perfect, the village of Sant Llorenc is only 5 min away by car, and the nearest beaches like Sa Coma or Cala Millor are only 15 min away.
