Air-conditioning spreads throughout the property and maintains a cool temperature in the hot summer days. There are another 2 bathrooms available for guests. The spa area is a special feature of the house and it has a toilet, Jacuzzi and a sauna. Guests can also use the pool table, darts as well as table tennis. The villa has a spacious living room with a fireplace and PS4 game console.The historical town of Šibenik is located on the mouth of the river Krka. The town attracts visitors with an interest in the historical surroundings. Small squares and numerous cultural and historical monuments give Šibenik an archaic and romantic Mediterranean atmosphere. This is a great location for exploring the breath-taking beauty of the Krka National Park with the most famous waterfall Skradinski buk, being less than 10km away and accessible by boat from Skradin during the summer months.
