The villas "Plava voda Luxury Villas" have been created in a small resort of 4 properties in an interplay of modern and traditional architecture in an elegant design. Hand-carved stones set into the supporting walls of the plot and an energy-efficient building with large glass surfaces create an excellent mix. Situated in a secluded bay of Vinisce not far from the centres of Marina and Trogir where a high level of intimacy and tranquillity is guaranteed. The villas, built on a steep slope, offer a breathtaking view of the sea and the offshore islands. The resort's own staircase leads directly to the natural stone beach with crystal-clear water just a few steps away.The house was built on 2 levels with an internal staircase in the centre. On the ground floor, a wide and open space with a cosy living area, spacious dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with American fridge and ice cube. Behind this is a guest room with a sofa bed which can also be used as a study or playroom and its own access to the terrace. Next to it is a guest WC and the boiler room with storage space and washbasin. The upper floor is divided into 3 en suite bedrooms (shower/WC), each with its own balcony. Each room has a king-size double bed which can be converted into two single beds if required. From every corner of the property you can enjoy an open sea view from your bed. The functional bathrooms all have a shower with WC and washbasin.On the terrace, raised tiles provide non-slip safety, especially for children when walking. A heated L-shaped pool invites you to enjoy a pleasant swim even in the low season. Comfortably designed pool loungers and matching lounge furniture invite you to chill out and sunbathe. The whirlpool with sea views is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. With an outdoor barbecue including equipment, you can sit happily in the shady corner of the terrace and savour the fantastic view. 1 SUP and 1 canoe are optionally available to guests for a small additional flat rate. The villas are accessed via a somewhat narrow gravelled road and a steep driveway. 1-2 cars can be parked safely in the private carport behind the house. The small centre of Vinisce with a few local restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the local pebble beach can be reached by car in approx. 10 minutes. Marina is about 15 minutes away and Trogir about 30 minutes.Attention, property is only accessible via gravel road about 1 km and a very steep descent.The house is open all year round. In the winter months, wetsuits can be provided on request so that travelling on the SUP or canoe remains pleasant while exploring the surroundings. A minibar with excellent wines and spirits can be enjoyed at cost price.Groceries can be delivered from a supermarket.
