Vinez offers a peaceful residential neighbourhood surrounded by greenery, yet is centrally located for your convenience.**The house:**With a cosy and welcoming atmosphere, the house has three comfortable bedrooms: two bedrooms are furnished with double beds and one with two single beds. In addition, there is a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room, giving an extra 2 guests enough space to sleep. There is a well-equipped bathroom and an additional guest WC for extra comfort. The charming living and dining area is ideal for socialising after a busy day, and the fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals a pleasure.**Outdoor area:**Step outside into the beautifully landscaped garden, which extends over 2000 m².
