At your disposal: * Above-ground wooden swimming pool 5x3m - depth 1.20m (private for the gîte with free access 24/24) with counter-current swimming, pool lighting and Aqua-Bike inside the barn, heated all year round to a minimum of 28° in summer and 30° in winter. Water treated with active oxygen, no chlorine. * 2.80m French billiards table located in the stable, which is partially heated and therefore a little chilly in winter * Table tennis table in the barn. * René Pierre table football also in the stable. * 4 adult bicycles and a draisienne for the little ones. * Children's trailer (2 children - max 40 kg). * Dining area and covered outdoor summer lounge with comfortable sofas. * Garden with deckchairs * Large swing.
