The allée de la Baïne is a private cul-de-sac, so there's no traffic or other nuisance at night.You'll be able to hear the ocean waves from the garden.The east-west aspect means you can enjoy the sun all day on the 2 terraces.The house is very bright.There's a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen.
