The 90m² of living space is spread over two floors, comprising a living and dining room flooded with daylight and with an integrated, open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The living room on the ground floor has a comfortable sofa and two matching armchairs, a wooden coffee table, a digital TV with satellite channels and a USB port, a DVD player, a stereo system and a dining table with four chairs. A cast-iron fireplace stove exudes a sense of well-being and pleasant warmth on cooler evenings. The modern built-in kitchen in a rustic country style has a dishwasher, a four-zone gas stove with a cooker hood, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, toaster, coffee machine and washing machine. Wide stairs lead to the upper floor with the bedrooms, of which one has a double bed (140 x 200cm) and the other has two single beds (90 x 200cm) that can also be joined together as a double bed. The bathroom has a big corner bath with a shower attachment, two washbasins with a wall mirror and a toilet. Chidlren’s beds can also be provided on request. A highchair is available and plenty of bed linen is provided. The reliable Internet connection in the cottage can be used free of charge. The living room opens onto the private interior courtyard with a grill, a dining table with chairs and a children’s playground with a swing. To the rear of the cottage you go over the stream to the rest of the country estate with the orchards, the main interior courtyard, another playground and the pond with water lilies. Non Applicable
