Outside the property you will find a private pool with dimensions of 7x5m and a constant depth range of 1.70m. You will also find a porch with a mobile barbecue where you can prepare some delicious dishes and chat with your companions. There is a bathroom with shower outside.

The distribution of the villa is on one floor, where the interior has a bright living-dining room equipped with a fan and Smart TV. The open kitchen has a ceramic hob and has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. At bedtime they have three bedrooms at their disposal. Two of them have a double bed and the third has three single beds. All bedrooms have a fan and wardrobe. Two bathrooms with shower complete your stay. If you travel with your baby we can provide you with a crib and a high chair.

The center of Chiclana is just 10 minutes away by car and is a city that has a wide variety of tourist services, such as restaurants, bars and shops and is an ideal place to also enjoy its impressive natural beauty, with extensive cliffs and mountains. We recommend that you go to the coast since in just 7 minutes by car you can find yourself at Playa de la Barrosa, a coastal jewel with crystal-clear waters several kilometers long, ideal for long walks by the sea. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.
