The holiday flat is part of a private villa, only 900 metres from the centre of Diano Marina.The terrace is approximately 30 m² and offers a wonderful view of the sea. It is equipped with awnings, sunshade, table and chairs and sun loungers. The flat includes a reserved parking space, located 20 metres away.The entrance door leads directly to the living room, which has a large French window giving access to the sun terrace. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed for two persons (160x180cm) and a table with chairs. A small hallway leads to the bedroom with a double bed (180x190cm), the bathroom with shower and bidet and the small kitchen with dishwasher, five-burner gas hob and a large refrigerator.The centre of the village can be reached via the Aurelia road.
