One double bedroom, living room with kitchen corner, sofa-bed and balcony, bathroom with shower, wc, parking space in the house garage, ski-room and bike storage room.We sell skipass in winter ( included special deals like Family E..... and Ski Wellness), and Kärnten Card in summer. In summer you can buy the "Kärnten Card", a special card that allows you to have free access to the main attractions of the region. In winter we can offer many special offers for ski passes, such as ski + spa, "Familien Eu" or "Ski-Thermen-Wochen" (special rates including a ski pass and a 50% discount on the Römerbad spa).The city tax of 2.6 per person / night (adults only) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash at check-in. We welcome our guests to our office in the village of Bad Kleinkirchheim in Dorfstrsee 49, and after completing the registration we accompany them home to illustrate all the small details of the house.
