Our "Konsum" flat for 2 people is located in the centre of the beautiful southern Brandenburg village of Jeßnigk, part of the municipality of Schönewalde in the Elbe-Elster district, on a former farm.The flat was completely rebuilt in 2024 and has state-of-the-art furnishings with a chic bathroom, modern fitted kitchen, flat-screen TV and two beds that can be put together or apart. A baby travel cot is available free of charge on request.The flats are also ideal for fitters and business travellers. Outside: beautiful enclosed four-sided courtyard. The Jericho family guesthouse is the perfect starting point for day trips, for example to the Spreewald, about 50 kilometres away - famous for its gherkins, boat trips and canoe tours. Berlin (120 km), Dresden (110 km), Leipzig (100 km), Cottbus (90 km) or Torgau (35 km) are not far away.In the district town of Herzberg/Elster with its beautiful historic old town - only 9 kilometres away - there are many supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Highlights include St Mary's Church with its valuable ceiling paintings and restored organ, Grochwitz Park and Castle, the botanical garden and the zoo. Herzberg has a summer swimming pool and a football stadium. In Falkenberg/Elster, 20 kilometres away, you can swim in the Kiebitzsee lake or go pedal boating. In winter, the Wonnemar adventure pool in Bad Liebenwerda is a popular destination.
