The two-storey building is set into the natural slope of the land, so both floors have an entrance without stairs and a lovely terrace.The holiday villa can accommodate 8-10 people. It has four double bedrooms, four bathrooms, two living rooms, a dining room, a large fully equipped kitchen, a large terrace on the lower floor and a pergola on the upper floor. The lower floor includes a living room, a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. There is access to the loggia. The upper floor houses a kitchen (with stove and dishwasher), a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a bathroom with bathtub, a living room and a dining room. A cot is available.The private swimming pool surrounded by greenery, in a unique panoramic position, offers a beautiful view of the valley and has sun loungers for all guests, as well as shaded outdoor areas. The large grounds are completely fenced off and therefore also suitable for children and dogs. It is planted with olive trees. The covered terrace is equipped with a marble table and chairs for dining. The second terrace is furnished with garden furniture, a sun umbrella and sun loungers, as well as an additional table and chairs. The garden has a barbecue and a swing.
