Helles und einladendes Ferienhaus in Gehweite des kleinen Ortes Hals. Südlich ausgerichtete, geschlossene Holzterrasse mit Grill und Gartenmöbeln. Carport an der Nordseite des Hauses. Das Ferienhaus wurde zuletzt 2018 renoviert und erhielt dabei u.a. ein neues Bad und neues Mobiliar. Das vorhandene Doppelbett ist ein schmaleres, französisches Bett. Das Haus steht nahe der Straße, allerdings mit einer Baumreihe dazwischen.
