Wonderful detached house in country house style from the 1950s with marvellous privacy in the middle of the idyllic village of Anif (approx. 6 km from the city of Salzburg).The house with its spacious rooms and charming garden boasts numerous extras that will make your stay unforgettable: including a sauna in the basement for relaxing, an enchanting swimming pond that invites you to swim between May and September, the delightful bathhouse and a charming glazed veranda with a large dining table. 4 satellite TVs and WLAN are available. On the ground floor there is a large living room with two sofas and a dining table for 6 people. The fully equipped kitchen has a small dining table with a bench and 2 chairs. From the kitchen you can also access the unheated conservatory. On the ground floor, in addition to the entrance hall, there is also a connecting room as a bedroom with a bed and wardrobe as well as a bedroom with a spacious shower, washbasin and its own wardrobe. On the upper floor there are two spacious bedrooms with double beds and walk-in wardrobes. One of the bedrooms has a small balcony. The bathroom with washbasin, bath and separate shower is also on the upper floor.There are several sun loungers, parasols, a barbecue and a romantic outdoor fireplace. Five bicycles are available for excursions in the surrounding area. Up to two cars can be parked one behind the other in the carport.House rules & order- No pets allowed.- Smoking indoors is prohibited with the exception of the conservatory. - No parties or events. - No other commercial use, such as prostitution or similar.- A maximum of 6 people may stay overnight in the house. Camping on the premises is prohibited. - The entrance gate must be kept closed at all times. - The entrance doors must be locked. - No street shoes in the indoor areas. - Heating the wood-burning stove in the kitchen and tiled stove in the living room is prohibited.- Charging electric cars on the house electricity is prohibited. - Damage to property will be charged to the guest or withheld from the deposit.- Firing fireworks on the premises is prohibited.- Identity card or passport may be required.Important notes- Parents are liable for their children.- The landlord is not liable for accidents or theft.- Open fires (barbecue, fire pit) in the garden must not be left unattended.- The swimming pond can be used from May to September.- The swimming pond with a maximum depth of approx. 2.30 metres is not suitable for non-swimmers!- The pond liner poses a considerable risk of slipping.- The lawn is mowed by a lawn robot from April to November. Watch out for objects lying on the lawn. Anif is an enchanting, conveniently located village against the impressive backdrop of the Untersberg in the south of Salzburg. Top sights in the immediate vicinity, such as the Mannerist Hellbrunn Palace with its unique trick fountains and zoo, invite you to go on excursions, while the nearby Hellbrunner Allee is ideal for jogging, cycling or walking. Celebrities such as Herbert von Karajan, who lived in Anif and is buried next to the parish church, have made it a noble place with many connections to the festival.
