This large property, part of which has been converted into 2 gîtes, is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves in a calm, peaceful setting. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind, an invitation to immerse yourself in the heart of nature, with plenty of opportunities for walks, particularly in the nearby Parc Régional du Haut Languedoc, renowned for its hiking trails. There's also a white-water sports centre nearby. And if you're a history buff, all you have to do is venture into the surrounding medieval villages, renowned for their circulades. The 110 m² gîte sleeps 6, with a fully-equipped west-facing terrace. The views over the surrounding countryside are exceptional. The swimming pool area, which can be shared, is in a quiet location, just a few dozen metres from the gîte and surrounded by nature. It has an American beach ideal for small children, with 0.20m of water. The gîte has been tastefully decorated. The noble materials used (wood, stone, terracotta, etc.) and the warmth of the colours chosen give this gîte a great deal of charm, character and conviviality.
