Schmittlotheim borders directly on the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park and is only 4 km from the western, quieter part of Lake Edersee and 3 km from the National Park Centre near Herzhausen.The house is located in the centre of Schmittlotheim in a still natural, rural location with a farm nearby. The village bell rings at 8.00 am and 7.00 pm, the tractors hum and occasionally you can smell the countryside.
