If what you are looking for is privacy and a pleasant place to spend your holidays, this apartment is ideal for you. It has a charming 10m2 terrace that is fully furnished so you can enjoy its sea views and relax with the sea breeze. The apartment is on the fourth floor with an elevator.
Entering the apartment you will find a living room with AC and Smart TV. In addition, its dining room is open to the living room, a factor that gives spaciousness to the apartment itself. As if that were not enough, in the living-dining room you will find an exit to the terrace. Its beautiful and complete ceramic hob kitchen will make preparing delicious recipes for everyone much easier and more fun. How about trying Mallorcan delicacies there? As for the laundry room, you have a completely independent space where you can wash and iron your clothes so that they look like new again.
When it comes to resting you have three bedrooms, two with two single beds each and one with a king size bed. In each of them you will find fans, radiators and cabinets and, in addition, two of them also have AC. In the double room you will also have access to the terrace. Plus, after a day at the beach, a relaxing shower is the only thing we need. For this you will have two bathrooms with a sink and shower. In one of them you will also find a bidet. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide you with a crib and a high chair.
