Magnificent accommodation located in the quiet area of Canyamel, a few meters from the sea, where you can enjoy a pleasant, quiet area with a beautiful sandy beach. The accommodation has a large shared swimming pool, which has a small space for children and a large area of lawn and garden. It has two double bedrooms with wardrobes and two full bathrooms en suite. The kitchen is independent and is properly equipped. It has a living room with table and chairs for the capacity of the accommodation, comfortable sofa and armchairs, fireplace and satellite television. From the living room there is access to the balcony furnished with table and chairs. The Canyamel area is a beautiful residential area in the east of Mallorca with one of the best beaches in the area. In the area you can find everything you need in relation to supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Nearby you have up to three golf courses at your disposal, as well as the well-known Cuevas de Artá and the beautiful Canyamel tower. Furthermore, just a few minutes away you will find a wide variety of beaches and coves, many of them virgin, such as Cala Torta, Cala Agulla, Cala Mesquida, Cala Millor...etc. In addition, just a few kilometers from Canyamel you will discover the picturesque towns of Artí, Son Servera and Capdepera. Without a doubt, it is a perfect place to enjoy in the company of your family, friends or as a couple. Note: The floor of the apartment may vary depending on occupancy (from ground floor to third floor), always being an apartment with the same characteristics.
