On the upper floors there are 2 balconies, 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds and a study with a desk and box-spring sofa bed for 2 people. The living area has a fireplace, large flat-screen TV with soundbar and Blu Ray player, a large dining table for 8 people and an open-plan kitchen with excellent equipment. The dining table on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the upper floor with balconies look out onto the extensive garden. The villa has a total of 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor you will find a bathroom with sauna, shower and WC. There are three more bathrooms on the upper floors - one of which has an additional bathtub. From the large bathroom on the upper floor you have a view of the Baltic Sea.The nearby sandy beach can be reached on foot in less than 7 minutes.After receipt of the final payment you will receive the arrival documents - in these the additional costs still to be paid are deposited.The additional costs must be transferred to the landlord before arrival.
