Villa Ramina is a charming holiday home for 8 people, located right by the sea in the enchanting old town of Cala d'Or on Mallorca. There is direct access to the sea from the rocks.Enjoy an unforgettable holiday in this villa with private pool and sea views. It is situated in a quiet location within easy walking distance of the sandy bay of Cala Petita, the marina of Cala d'Or and the centre of Cala d'Or with its restaurants, shops and leisure facilities.Villa Ramina is spread over three floors and offers several terraces and areas to relax and enjoy the sea views.On the ground floor there is a living room with access to a veranda with a dining table and views of the pool and the sea. Also on this floor is a spacious kitchen with pantry and access to the utility room. The dining room, located between the kitchen and living room, also opens onto the veranda. A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom leads to a small terrace with sea views. There is a guest WC next to the kitchen.A staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom. The hallway on the first floor leads to a partially covered terrace with garden furniture - ideal for relaxing and enjoying the view.From this terrace, an external staircase leads to the top floor area with a terrace with spectacular views of the sea and Cala D'Or as well as a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom.A metal staircase leads directly from the rocks to the sea.NOTE: The villa does not have a television.Due to the villa's location by the sea, there are numerous steps and stairs both inside and outside.
