From here you can also walk to all the most important and picturesque places in Syracuse: in 10 minutes you can reach the Greek Theatre and in 5 minutes the island of Ortigia. Also not to be missed are the Monumento dei Caduti, the sepulchre of Santa Lucia, the Sanctuary of the Madonna delle Lacrime and the Greek Theatre. In addition to the beautiful scenery, there are also nautical clubs offering boat excursions and much more.From the mezzanine floor room with en suite bathroom there is an enchanting sea view with a backdrop of Ortigia and sailing ships. The shower on the ground floor is a niche with a shower head cascading from the ceiling.The owner provides a second, smaller (45 sqm) but similarly equipped flat next door.
