This holiday house is in a secluded position approximately 4 km away from the coastal village of Postira. It is nestled in Lovrečina Bay and has a private beach. The house is literally only a minute's walk away from the sea, and surrounded by olive groves and unspoiled nature. It is absolutely perfect for lovers of robinson tourism who want to enjoy the peace, quiet and “return” to the romantic past.In front there is a large terrace boasting sea views, with a fireplace, tables and lounge chairs. The house is surrounded by pine trees and the estate includes an olive grove with some fruit trees, which guests are welcome to pick. Free parking is available right in front of the house.The open-plan living area spreads across two levels and is designed like a studio apartment - a large room in the middle with dining furniture, a sofa and a kitchenette, and to the right and left of it on the mezzanine level two sleeping areas: the sleeping area to the left of the living area has two 90 x 200 cm single beds, the sleeping area on the right side is furnished with a 160 x 200 cm large double bed. The bathroom has a shower, sink, hair dryer, toilet and free toiletries. Price includes: weekly change of towels and bed linen, initial and final cleaning, tourist tax, baby cot and feeder (on request) and parking in front of villa. Pets are not allowed.Only about 100 meters away there is a large sandy beach with a concrete plateau, a restaurant and a cafe that offers internet services.Please note: The house is not connected to public water or electricity supply networks, but it is equipped with a generator, a well and solar panels. Hot water is available as long as it is sunny.
