The 257 m2 house distributed on a single floor has 3 bedrooms equipped with AC and a fan each. One of them has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and the other two have 2 single beds each. There is availability for a cot and a high chair. In addition to the en-suite bathroom, there are 2 more bathrooms that serve the entire house, 1 with a shower and bathtub, and 1 toilet.
The living-dining room is very cozy, it has 2 sofas, 1 small table, 1 Sat-TV, fireplace and stove and 1 window with wonderful views; The dining room is equipped with a table and chairs, and the kitchen, independent and gas, has all the necessary utensils to cook without any problem. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The house and its surroundings exude tranquility and are ideal for spending a relaxed stay surrounded by nature. The house is located just 2 km from the town of s'Horta where you can find some of the basic products you may need during your stay.
By car you can reach the white sand beaches of the Mondragó Natural Park in 15 minutes or, in 20 minutes, the area of Es Trenc and Colonia de Sant Jordi.
The beautiful and well-known tourist area of Cala D'Or is located just 6 km from this property, putting at your disposal a wide variety of activities and all types of shops to cover all the needs you may have during your stay. This accommodation is located 60 minutes from Palma where you can make tourist visits, cultural walks or go shopping in the most exclusive stores.
