Saanan Taika is located in the enchanting village of Kilpisjärvi. The landscape is dominated by clear mountain lakes and Finland's highest fells. The most famous of these is the majestic Saana, at the foot of which the village is situated. Saanan Taika is a warm and well-equipped cabin. From the large windows of this beautiful cabin, you can enjoy the expansive fell landscape of Ala-Kilpisjärvi, which can be admired by the warmth of the fireplace. The shore of Ala-Kilpisjärvi is 90 meters away; there is no private beach, and the cabin path runs between the shore and the cabin. This wooden cabin was completed in 2025. There is a combined kitchen/living room, one bedroom with a double bed, and two other bedrooms each with two single beds. The cabin includes a sauna, a bathroom with a toilet, an additional separate toilet, a utility room, and an entrance hall. There is also a terrace. Please note: There is a charging station for electric and hybrid vehicles, which must be booked in advance (select electric vehicle charging and specify how many times you wish to charge during your stay). Charging is available from 10 PM to 10 AM, at a cost of 26 euros per charging session. During the summer season, two bicycles (one fat bike) are available for guests. The bicycles can be arranged for use by contacting the owner separately (contact details are provided in the booking confirmation). The bicycles are shared with another cabin, 16144 Saanan Lumous. Bringing a hot tub to the cabin is prohibited. The cabin's yard and the cabin itself are monitored by surveillance cameras. The cameras are only active when there are no guests at the cabin.
