The holiday flats are located in a listed villa in a prime city centre location in Weimar. They are surrounded by approximately 2000 m² of green and idyllic grounds on a quiet street with little traffic. The German National Theatre and the Goethe and Schiller Monument are only about 300 m away. The nearby Park an der Ilm with its extensive green meadows offers an ideal setting for walking, relaxing and lingering or for a morning jog. There are two bathrooms, one of which has a WC and washbasin, while the other has a walk-in shower with a fixed partition, a washbasin and a washing machine that can be used alone. The bedroom has been furnished in a circular turret and offers a stylish ambience with a high-quality large double bed (160 cm x 190 cm), two small turret windows, a large LED starry sky light and bedside lamps. An adjoining small living room has a seating area and a modern flat-screen TV. The second bedroom is designed as a combined living room/bedroom and offers a comfortable double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a seating area as well as a built-in wardrobe and a modern flat-screen TV.
