An ideal flat for couples, it is on the first floor in a building with a swimming pool and offers an independent and private stay, either for a short holiday, or for medium or long term holidays to fully enjoy the wonders of the lake and its surroundings.Outside the flat there is a furnished balcony where you can eat outside and relax after a long day. In the immediate vicinity you will find a large public car park.The studio apartment can comfortably accommodate 2 people and consists of a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped and furnished kitchen, a sofa bed, satellite TV, hairdryer, air conditioning and a safe.A few metres from the house there are bars, restaurants, pizzerias, a pharmacy and various shops. In 5 minutes on foot you can reach the supermarket (very convenient thanks to its strategic location) and the various public transport stops. The flat is very close to the Virgilio spa and only 3 km from the beautiful Aquaria spa centre for which we offer discounts. It is also just a few steps away from the lake and the public beach equipped for surfing and water sports. The historic centre of Sirmione is just a short distance away and can be reached on foot with beautiful walks along the lake or by public transport. To better visit the area and the nearby villages you can use the bicycles we have available for you free of charge (to be requested from the owners).
