Designed like a residence with the highest standards and placed at the highest point of the olive grove it offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside and the sea. Villa offers, two living rooms fully furnished and tastefully decorated with vivid colors, three bedrooms, three bathrooms a fully equipped and stocked kitchen with everything a modern house needs, two amenity rooms and large verandas and gardens. The bedrooms are stocked with fabulous bed linen and we can guarantee maximum sleeping experience thanks to the best quality mattresses. The entire villa has an autonomous heating/cooling system and a fireplace on the ground floor, since it can be rented throughout the year. The seaside village of Nopigia is located 4km east of Kissamos and 30km west of Chania city. It is built on the east side of the Kissamos Bay. The beach is 400m away.
