You have a view of the garden, car park and pool (barely visible due to the plants).In the village and in the immediate vicinity you will find many wineries where you can taste and buy. Boutenac is known for its good wines.The hills of the Corbières begin directly behind the house. Except in the height of summer (due to the risk of fire), you can go for lovely walks here and enjoy impressive views.Only about 8 km drive and you are at a very nice swimming spot in the river Orbieu (Ribaute) and to the various Mediterranean beaches it is about 35-45 minutes drive.Places of interest in the immediate vicinity: Lagrasse, Fontfroide, Canal du Midi, Carcassonne and Narbonne.
