Maximaal 2 huisdieren/honden toegestaan. Our flat hotel "Strandperle", newly built in 1998, is located in the centre of Zinnowitz. The fine sandy beach and the extensive promenade are only about 200 metres away. There is a souvenir and clothing shop in the hotel, and other shops, cafés and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.You can expect 24 spacious flats in different sizes and locations. The central reception and a restaurant are located 150 metres away in the nearby beach hotel "Preussenhof". The hotel has its own car park (for a fee; max. vehicle height 1.75 m). All flats have a bathroom with bath or shower/WC, cable TV and some have a balcony. A cosy sitting area and a fully equipped fitted kitchen are also integrated in the rooms. Our flats are spread over 3 floors and can be reached via just a few steps. A lift is not available. The house is a non-smoking hotel, but our smoking guests have plenty of space to retreat to on the balconies.The keys are handed over at the beach hotel "Preussenhof" in Dünenstrasse 10 in 17454 Zinnowitz.
