There are 2 large terraces with a large barbecue and parking for 3 cars.Pets are welcome, maximum 1 medium size, for a fee.The villa is sunny from morning until evening.Less than 5 minutes walk away you will find 2 restaurants, and 5 minutes by car the Moorish village of Comares. Torre del Mar beach is a 30-minute drive away and Málaga is a 40-minute drive away.The village of Comares, voted one of the most beautiful white villages in the Axarquía, is delightful. It is a 5-minute drive away and has bars, banks, shops, bakeries, restaurants, a pharmacy and a doctor. There are also more bars and restaurants in the small hamlet of Los Ventorros, which is just a few minutes' walk from the villa. Málaga and the city are an hour's drive from the house. You can also visit Granada in 90 minutes. The house is perfect for visiting other parts of Andalusia, such as Cordoba, Seville and Ronda. This region of southern Spain has the best climate in Europe, with excellent temperatures all year round. Come and discover the pretty village of Comares and the Andalusian way of life.Torre del Mar is the nearest beach and is around 30 minutes away by car. Pedregalejo, 5km west of Malaga city centre, is another popular beach and promenade with many bars and restaurants.Nerja with its famous caves and stunning views over the Mediterranean are all about 1 hour away and the drive along the coastal road before turning for Comares is superb.Please Note. A car is recommended in this villa to make the most of the beautiful area!Air conditioning is available in all 4 bedrooms and the living room, on a pay-per-use basis.Monthly rentals (28 days or more) do NOT include electricity, bottled gas (if required) and pellets for the pellet stove. It is possible to rent the villa from January to March.Air-conditioning charges: a flat rate per week is included in your stay, after which you pay for what you use.The air-conditioned swimming pool is open from 1 April to 15 November.
