This Villa consists of 3 apartments that can be used by 8 people and with the possibility of accommodating 12 more people in an annexed villa. Finca Los Palmitos is a private property away from external noise, protected by a 3 meter high wall that surrounds the entire property and with private security.This villa is composed of three apartments consisting of 4 rooms, 2 kitchens, 4 bathrooms, a private pool with waterfall, chill-out area and Finnish sauna. Its lounge offers a perfect space to relax after spending a day in the sun or enjoying the sauna. The villa also has a large tennis-football court and a barbecue area with wood oven, dining porch, bathroom-toilet and large parking areas. It also has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, cabinets, toiletries, heating and fan. Please note that pool towels, bath towels and all linens are included in the price.
