The property renovation ended in May 2019 and has been made tastefully and to a very high and modern standard.The Villa has a very spacious living and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, with all the necessary kitchen appliances, three bedrooms (with large double beds) and two large bathrooms (one with a washing machine). All rooms are air-conditioned. A shaded large yard is connected to the dining room overlooking a cozy garden with orange and lemon trees.The Villa accommodates up to 6 persons. Bed linens, bath and pool towels are provided while you stay.The outdoor space is very pleasant with a spacious patio equipped with sofas, chairs and tables and overlooking the private swimming pool that sets in outstanding condition with a shaded yard and pool beds. A large garden with fruit and olive trees and a barbecue facility complete the property exterior area.Outdoor chill-out areas are everywhere in the property.
