On the ground floor, is the fully equipped kitchen & the dining area with direct access to the pool where a beautiful garden with children’s playground, barbeque and table tennis are. A comfortable living room with a fireplace, located on this floor as well. The villa provides also 3 bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi). The design on both floors creates a cozy atmosphere and modern environment. In most areas you can enjoy the fantastic unobstructed view of the area and the sea! Next to the village there one more beautiful village,Myrthios, while in the famous beach of Plakias you can find bakery shops, mini markets, tavernas and many different shops. Mariou village it’s a very nice location to explore all the nearby beaches, like, Damnoni, Sougia, Sxoinaria at a small distance of 15 min. driving. The altitude of the village is also ideal for breathtaking sunsets.
