This cosy roof-only house is located on the edge of the popular North Sea holiday park Fedderwardersiel. The trademark of Fedderwardersiel is the small, picturesque shrimp cutter harbour with its many colourful fishing boats. In the neighbouring village of Burhave you will find the North Sea lagoon (always high tide), the play barn, but also a small promenade for shopping or eating ice cream and a bicycle hire shop. These destinations can be easily reached on foot or by bike.From the terrace you have a marvellous view.The house has a spacious living room with adjoining dining area. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, standard coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, etc.) The new bathroom with shower, towel radiator and WC is also on the ground floor. There are 2 bedrooms on the upper floor. One bedroom with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds. A ladder leads from this bedroom to a "wigwam", which offers sleeping space for 2 children.The use of the playground, which is offered by the North Sea Holiday Park, is not included in this booking arrangement. The playground may of course be used during a visit to the holiday park's bistro.
