In the working part of the living room there is a kitchen equipped with 2 gas hobs and electric hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine for German guests, espresso coffee for Italian visitors. From the living room you can reach the covered terrace, which has garden furniture for 4 people, where you can dine in all weather conditions. The terrace offers a splendid view of the park of the villa. The bathroom is specially designed. Under the sloping roof there is a bathroom with a shower, shelves for towels, a dressing area with integrated sinks, a bidet and a toilet. The bathroom has an ironing board, an iron and a hairdryer.
