This rustic style flat is located on the ground floor of a house built in 2005, in an elevated and sunny position in the quiet residential area of Balcón de Finestrat.The 120 m² flat, with separate entrance, has a living room with sitting and dining area, TV, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. It has three bedrooms: the first with a double bed (1.40 m wide), the second with a double bed and a single bed, and the third with three single beds. An extra bed for a ninth person can be added on request. The house offers free wifi. The flat can be air-conditioned in winter.The flat includes a private swimming pool (10 x 4 m) with internal stairs and outdoor shower. From the pool you can enjoy distant sea and mountain views.
